Ashby Place is a picturesque cobbled roadway situated in Flookersbrook, an area of Chester entrenched in history. Originally made up of artisans' cottages and stables associated with the nearby historic Flookers Brook Hall, Ashby Place now also contains more modern houses but still maintains its charm and remains a peaceful oasis close to the heart of the city. The Ashby Place Residents Association was formed to conserve the aesthetic features of Ashby Place in keeping with its historical and architectural heritage and to ensure the maintenance of the area and to promote the interests of its residents.
